Urban Outfitters Signs Up for Brooklyn Outpost #2, In Cobble Hill

A top level informant files from the Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill divide today, bringing word that Urban Outfitters, the brand that is at least 82% responsible for the fact that we'll never wear an ironic t-shirt again, has just signed a lease at 164 Atlantic Avenue. Further details: the big boxer has gotten themselves 4,600 sf at grade and another 5,300 on a lower level. This is to be the second Brooklyn footprint for the retailer, with their sights already having been set on Williamsburg as well. There will be bean bag chairs in Brooklyn, oh. yes. there. will.

That's not the Key Food. That's the space that up until a couple of years ago was a huge furniture store. Its been empty for a while now.
