While hordes of men are stripping down to practically nothing right now at the crazy Paul Smith sale in Soho, women are similarly freaking out at the day-long Olive & Bette's sale in the West Village. A Racked informant writes, "Started at 8am, and was a disaster by 8:45." You really can never underestimate these one-day-only affairs.
