Topshop has finally let the light in—opening their windows as well as our hearts. Complete with pink bulldogs and more than enough British flags to go around, their newly-unveiled women’s display showed us some fittingly spunky pieces, like a black and white sequined skirt and some flashy silver leggings, while the TopMannequins were clad in blazers and brightly colored (and tightly fitting) hoodies and sweats. If you peek your head in and ignore the slew of construction workers carrying ladders up the escalators, it appears as though the store is ready to open its doors at any moment. But, as the pink and blue signs on the glass informed us, we will have to wait until Thursday—as if we needed a reminder.—Jake Goicoechea
