The work of designer John Varvatos has always had a special kinship with music—especially rock and roll—this is, after all, the man who bought New York's legendary rock venue CBGB and converted it into his company's now-iconic downtown flagship.
In honor of Varvatos' 10 year anniversary, the label's fall 2010 ad campaign features 39 musicians—including luminaries such as Lenny Kravitz, Slash, Iggy Pop, Alice Cooper, and ZZ Top—in an homage to The Beatles' "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band."
This September 11, Varvatos will also stage a party-concert celebration at his Bowery shop.
