Remember back in the early-2000s, actor John Malkovich had an eponymous men's clothing line which was mostly comprised of button-down shirts covered in quirky prints? We remember it was around for years at Browns men's shop on South Molton Street in London, but eventually disappeared, and we haven't really seen any new fashion stuff from Malkovich since.
Well, that's all about to change. The Hollywood Reporter, uh, reports that Malkovich has launched a new label called Technobohemian, which is currently available at Blue Tree in New York City, Church in LA, Lawrence Covell in Denver, and at The Webster, that amazing concept store, in Miami. The clothes are made in Italy from Italian fabrics and Japanese denim.
"I am inspired by the appearance of a bohemian of the new millennium," Malkovich said. "I thought it was necessary to update the figure of the bohemian but not in the traditional way. It was necessary to make it cosmopolitan, present and fully engaged in the technological world we live in today."
