Hey guys, ever wish you had a man-version of Cosmopolitan magazine? A monthly read to keep you up-to-date on contemporary fashion, orgasms, relationships, and how to look better naked? Well, come August 1st, your wish will be granted. Hearst has announced that it will launch Cosmo For Guys as an iPad magazine available for download the first week of August.
Helmed by lady-Cosmo-mag Editor-in-Chief Kate White, Cosmo for Guys will cost $3.99 per issue and is aimed a men age 25 and up.
"It's advice from women for guys, straight from the source," White told Audience Development. "Men circulate the same myths about women to one another; this is women telling guys what they really want."
Features will include 3D (!?) how-to guides, relationship columns, and shopping guides—one that we can definitely get behind will be called "Will She Like It?" which will be filled with gifting ideas for ladies, with click-through to buy functionality. Hearst also plans on launching a Cosmo For Guys-branded radio show and a Cosmo For Guys-branded book called Satisfy a Woman Every Single Time later this year.
