Much like another Swedish mega-stores we can think of, H&M is making a point to balance affordable with not-really-all-that-terrible-for-the-environment. According to a global sustainability report recently released by the company, the behemoth retailer has upped it's organic cotton use by 20%, made plans for a recycled fashion initiative, and joined the Fair Wage Network, which audits companies to ensure they're providing decent working conditions. On top of that, H&M's second ever eco-friendly Conscious Collection has just landed, featuring the Michelle Williams-approved Glamour line of evening dresses, plus a whole bunch of perfect-for-spring pieces you can wear before cocktail hour (or any time, really).
