These days it seems like you're not allowed to be a celebrity unless you also have your own clothing line. But this new range of denim comes from a somewhat unexpected celebrity - former Fox News talking head Glenn Beck. Beck doesn't appear in the commercial for his new 1791 Denim line, but he does narrate the spot.
Though the jeans were made in 2012 and not 1791, the ad talks about the history of American craftsmanship and manufacturing. The "1791" name was chosen because it's the year that the Bill of Rights was ratified. Because nothing says freedom like a scruffy dude building a rocket in the snow.
