In its next phase of world domination, Coca-Cola has partnered with a French pharmaceutical company called Sanofi to produce beverages that double as beauty treatments. Wait, what?
The drink is called Beautific Oenobiol (say that ten times fast!) and will debut in French pharmacies this fall. It contains a combination of vitamins that add up to make a beauty treatment. Apparently, Coke is trying to diversify a bit, since they're worried that New York's recent giant-soda ban and other anti-obesity campaigns will make it less cool to drink a can of pop. But a soda you can drink at your desk that doubles as a prettifier? Yeah, that sounds tempting. And lucrative.
