This just in from the dude who spoofed the ever-spoofable Chanel No. 5 ads for Saturday Night Live: The ad's director Joe Wright had no idea what they were about either. SNL's Taran Killam told Vulture:
"When [Wright and I] spoke, he had yet to see the spoofs, but I think he had been surrounded by enough people who were like, 'They're good, they're good, they're good,' so he was a good sport.
