Cult-favorite British import Topshop today unveiled its grand plans for the United States. Over the next year, the retailer will open stores in uptown Manhattan as well as in cities across the country. The fast-fashion chain is coming to Houston, Atlanta, D.C. and San Diego. Each store, save for the D.C. location, will also offer Topman.
In an interview with WWD, Topshop head honcho Sir Philip Green said that he's also considering a collaboration with an up-and-coming American designer similar to the ones Topshop has debuted in the past with UK names like J.W. Anderson, Meadham Kirchhoff, Mary Katrantzou and Christopher Kane. "Who knows?" he said.
