Oh, did your mom put your drawing on the refrigerator? Cute. Angelina Jolie put her six kids' drawings on her wedding dress—her Atelier Versace wedding dress, designed by Donatella—which she wore for her August 23 nuptials in their French home, Château Miraval. Luigi Massi, the master tailor at Versace's couture wing, hand-sewed each one into the dress and veil. There are flowers as well as battleships, zebras and fighter pilots. Consider the 2014 Mom Award signed, sealed, and delivered.
People and Hello! magazine are tag-teaming the effort of disseminating the first photos, in the US and abroad, respectively, and Jolie told them, "Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress. He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together." Also, jeweler Robert Procop, who designed Jolie's engagement ring, also put together the couple's wedding bands.
