Apple's big plan as revealed in today's news conference involves completely refining both mobile payments and watches, all while releasing a pretty next-era iPhone 6. As rumored, the super-thin new phone comes in two sizes: the $199 iPhone 6 with a 4.7-inch display and $299 iPhone 6 Plus with 5.5-inch display. Both will be released on September 19, and cool features include a fancy new camera and Wi-Fi calling.
Apple also unveiled a one-tap mobile payment system called Apple Pay that allows you to keep your credit card on file for easy check out. Apple Pay partner retailers include Disney, Bloomingdale's, Walgreens, Macy's, and Sephora.
Apple Pay will work with the iPhone and with the mind-blowing, Siri-enabled Apple Watch. There are two different sizes of the touch-screen watch, and you'll be able to use the watch to tweet, send emoji texts, check Pinterest, read your heartbeat, and more. There's six different straps for the watch too. An iPhone is required with the Apple watch, which starts at $349 and comes out in early 2015.
