Fab.com is about to complete a fire sale of its assets, according to Re/Code. The online retailer that once had funding of over $300 million will soon be sold to manufacturing company PCH International, Re/Code's sources report. The two companies were reported in November to be in talks for a sale of Fab.com for $7 million in cash and about $8 million in stock.
The co-founders of Fab.com have since moved on: Bradford Shellhammer started a Fab-like webshop named Bezar, and Jason Goldberg introduced a new Nordic-inspired design site called Hem.
