What we have here is the new Upper East Side outpost of Blow, a salon that specializes in blow outs. The company already has a stronghold on 14th Street in the Meatpacking District; last week, they began offering their styling services at 843 Lexington Avenue. In addition to the perfect blow out, the salon does manicures, waxing, deep conditioning, and makeup applications—all essentials for the UES woman, obviously.
